📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage revenue and billing processes, including invoice generation, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our mission and financial goals.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue and billing management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required reports.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue and billing management, preferably in a non-profit or humanitarian organization.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
