📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about movie schedules, ticketing, and other cinema services.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable movie experience for all guests.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of the cinema space, including seating, screens, and other equipment.
• Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promote our cinema’s offerings and special events to enhance guest engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cinema operations and guest experience best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Enthusiasm for the film industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
