📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Car Electronics Testers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance challenges and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in automotive electronics or related industries.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with automotive electronics and testing equipment is a plus.
