📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and maintain ship structures, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Perform welding and fitting tasks using advanced tools such as plasma cutters, arc welders, and grinding machines.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and repair strategies.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise during ship operations.
• Ensure all work is documented accurately and meets regulatory requirements.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to strict safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime fitting and welding.
• Proven experience working on large-scale ship maintenance projects.
• Certification as a Maritime Fitter & Welder, preferably from recognized institutions such as the Indonesian Maritime Training Center (IMTC) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and materials, including but not limited to MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
