📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Car Electronics Testers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance challenges and implement improvements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in automotive electronics or related industries.
Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with automotive electronics and testing equipment is a plus.
