IT Support Specialist - Digital Manufacturing Systems

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support for digital manufacturing systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing systems by implementing and maintaining preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the use and maintenance of digital manufacturing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital manufacturing systems.
• Participate in system audits and compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role, with a focus on digital manufacturing systems.
• Certification in ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Proven experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
