📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial literacy programs to empower clients
• Conduct loan assessments and provide post-loan support to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met
• Use KSPPS Nur Insani's proprietary software and Microsoft Excel to manage client data and track performance
• Collaborate with the team to drive financial inclusion initiatives in Bali
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the success of our financial inclusion programs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in microfinance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance, financial inclusion, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of KSPPS Nur Insani's products and services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Passion for community development and financial inclusion
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
