📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable AIA life insurance products.
• Work closely with bank partners to promote and sell AIA insurance products through their channels.
• Use bancassurance platforms like Core Banking System (CBS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a seamless experience when purchasing insurance products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their policies are up-to-date and meet their needs.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of AIA products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
