Bengkel Lestari Fried Chicken is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. This role is crucial for maintaining our supply chain and supporting our business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and organization.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and generate reports as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
