In this role, you will be responsible for leading our HR strategy and driving organizational development initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Drive organizational development initiatives, such as training and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and organizational development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
