As an Outlet Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 20-30 staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor sales performance and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants or bars.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Lightspeed, or Toast.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing teams in a multicultural environment is a strong advantage.
