📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the medical device industry.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics, to understand their needs and preferences.
• Evaluate and recommend medical devices that meet the specific requirements of healthcare facilities.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of medical devices, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Monitor the performance of medical devices in use and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and advocate for their adoption in the healthcare system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical device manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on product management or sales.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
• Proficient in using medical device management software such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in medical device compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
