📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide specialized therapy services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy (PT) to patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in therapeutic practices and industry standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in healthcare.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Therapist with a relevant degree and certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy (PT).
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the respective therapeutic field, depending on the specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
