📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Manage and maintain training records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
