📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.,Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.,Ability to perform basic arithmetic and financial transactions.
