📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Provide technical support to employees, helping them to resolve any IT issues they may encounter.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with other IT team members to plan and implement new IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
