📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
