Resto Yoga Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in the field, ensuring that our products are effectively promoted and sold to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and make a significant impact in the sales department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and approaching potential customers.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Must be able to travel frequently for business purposes.,Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
