📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and present high-quality cuts of meat according to chef's specifications.
Ensure all meat is properly aged, trimmed, and seasoned.
Work closely with the head chef and other culinary staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized butchery area.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in inventory management and cost control.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in meat preparation.
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a butchery or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of meat cutting and preparation techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with using butchery tools and equipment such as knives, scales, and meat grinders.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
