📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety standards and compliance requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance against set targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
