📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks,Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards,Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and quality control,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics,Provide guidance and support to production team members,Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the agriculture or food industry,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with agricultural machinery and equipment,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
