📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities.,Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently.,Coordinate with team members to address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Support the Production Supervisor in training and developing team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
