In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team with various administrative tasks, employee relations, and recruitment activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee files, and assisting with payroll.,Assist in employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, organizing team-building activities, and supporting the HR team in handling employee concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including HR records and administrative files.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
