📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials to support our customers.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the quality and usability of our documentation.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian is a plus.
