📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of luxury property development projects.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.,Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.,Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.,Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to maintain project momentum.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in luxury property development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
