Up Bold Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is a crucial position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including fuel management, vehicle inspections, and driver scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, usage, and performance, and prepare reports for management.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs and improve fuel efficiency.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet operations support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
