In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be working remotely, but you will be required to be available during business hours. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including all equipment and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar type of restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
