📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the finance department.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.,Train and mentor junior accountants to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
