Assist in the maintenance and support of IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees and users,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor and maintain system performance and security,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software,Maintain and update IT documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Office Suite, antivirus software, and network monitoring tools,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems,Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
