📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.

Managing and mentoring the sales and marketing teams to achieve their targets and objectives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Representing the company at industry events and conferences, and building the company's brand and reputation.

Developing and implementing training programs for the sales and marketing teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or business development field.

Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
