Located in the heart of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll work closely with our talented chefs, servers, and support staff to maintain the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
• Adhere to BRÍO!’s policies and procedures, including shift schedules and uniform requirements.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
