📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
