As an Assistant Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing daily menus and ensuring food quality.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Oversee food preparation and cooking processes.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in managing kitchen operations and inventory.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
